How We Convert a Container

1. Selection: we choose a structurally sound new or one-trip container, or inspect the one you supply.
2. Cutting and framing: openings for doors and windows are cut and reinforced with steel frames to keep the shell rigid.
3. Surface preparation: the container is cleaned, rust-treated and painted with marine-grade coatings.
4. Insulation and lining: walls and roof are insulated, then lined with gypsum, PVC, MDF or sandwich panels.
5. MEP fit-out: wiring, lighting, AC, plumbing and drainage are installed and tested.
6. Finishing: flooring, doors, windows, branding and furniture are fitted before dispatch.
