What services does BAQ Prefab offer?
We design, fabricate and install prefabricated buildings, container buildings, fabric and metal structures, transport buildings, glass work, GRP water tanks, and wooden houses. Every project is engineered around your site, timeline and budget.

Do you supply used or reconditioned porta cabins?

How long does a typical project take?
Most prefab and container projects are delivered in a fraction of the time of traditional construction — often a matter of weeks rather than months, once the design is confirmed. Exact timelines depend on size, customization and site readiness, and we confirm a firm schedule after the site survey.
Do I need a permit for a prefab building?

Payment terms are agreed per project and typically structured around key milestones — deposit, fabrication, delivery and handover. We will confirm specific terms in your written proposal.
Support & Getting Started
Do you offer support after installation?
Yes — we remain available for maintenance, repairs and future modifications after handover. Many clients also return to us when they need to expand or relocate a structure.
