Annual Maintenance Contracts

Companies with several cabins on site or in camps can book scheduled visits. A typical visit covers roof and floor inspection, an electrical safety check, AC servicing, plumbing checks and minor repairs, so problems are fixed before they become expensive.

Maintenance Tips Between Visits

• Keep the base area clear of sand and standing water
• Check the roof after every heavy rain
• Clean AC filters monthly in summer
• Report soft floor spots early, before joists are damaged
• Don’t overload sockets with extra heaters or appliances
