Security Cabins and Guard Rooms in UAE

Bab Al Qasar Prefab House builds security cabins and guard rooms for construction sites, villa communities, schools, hospitals, warehouses, free zones and parking areas across the UAE. Every cabin is made in our factory in Sajaa Industrial Area, Sharjah, to the size and layout you need. It is then delivered and placed on site by crane, ready for power to be connected.

A guard can spend a 12-hour shift inside the cabin in 45°C heat, so we build every one with insulated panels, a properly sized AC and clear sight lines to the gate.

Types of Security Cabins We Build

Single-Guard Security Booths

Compact booths of around 1.5m × 1.5m to 2.4m × 2.4m for one guard, with windows on three or four sides, a desk and an AC point. They suit villa gates, parking entrances and small sites.

Security Cabins with Toilet

Cabins of around 3m × 2.4m with a guard room and an attached WC and basin, so guards don’t have to leave their post. This is one of the most requested units for construction sites and remote gates.

Two-Guard and Supervisor Cabins

Larger cabins with space for two desks, CCTV monitors, a cupboard and, if needed, a small rest area.

Gate, Barrier and Weighbridge Cabins

Control cabins with all-round toughened glass, data points and provision for barrier controls at factory gates, logistics yards and weighbridges. See also our transport buildings.

Container Security Cabins

For high-risk or high-traffic gates, we convert steel containers into very robust guard rooms. See our modified steel containers.
